Imagine leaning against the fence with a hot cappuccino in hand, soaking in the stunning views of the river and the majestic castle nearby. The experience itself is enhanced by the vibrant energy of fellow visitors, as you may find yourself exchanging smiles or tips on where to go next, just as one visitor did when a local shared insights on spotting the elusive Loch Ness Monster.

As Nicolle Thompson aptly noted, "Any day that starts with good coffee is a good day." Nestled in front of Inverness Cathedral on the riverside, is thee place to stop for a tasty little treat and fresh coffee as you amble along the riverside. Great staff as always take the time to have a little bit of friendly banter. Highly recommended, from a local River Ness ambler

Just came across this place as we were walking along. Really, really good coffee and lovely lady making it. We had just arrived in Inverness and this amazing first impression just set us up for what turned out to be a wonderful day. Any day that starts with good coffee is a good day. And lovely people make a difference as well

On a Sunday, around 1:00 pm, I needed coffee to continue walking, exploring Inverness. Earlier that day, I walked to the Dolphin Spirit to take the morning tour. After I purchased a cappuccino, I chose to stand leanlng against the cement fence. My hot coffee resting on the fence, while I searched on Google Maps where to go. A local stopped at the Ness Walk Kiosk with his two teen boys and his extrovert ginger hair daughter. The local man felt comfortable with me and started to chat, noticing that I am a tourist, while his children ate their snack. I enjoyed watching how his daughter felt completely at ease with her father. He brought to my attention two places nearby, the Castle Tavern with the view of the Castle and Tomnahurich Cemetery on a hill with an excellent view of Inverness. The Ness Walk Kiosk satisfying coffee gave me the energy to follow his suggestion on that same day. Vhuntermassage LLC

Stopped by for some coffee because the smell was pulling us in. The coffee and ice cream was absolutely perfect for enjoying while heading down the Ness Walk. The lovely barista even gave us a tip for spotting Nessy. Absolutely recommend.

Delicious coffee (smooth, balanced) and a friendly approach! It was my every-morning must-have coffee stop while in Inverness. When the weather is warm enough, you can sit next to it and look at the river, the castle, the flowers, or greet people passing by. If the manager reads this: the lids for the coffee to-go leaked when going by car (every time I got it to the car and even with smaller bumps). Not enough to lower the rating, but something you may want to have a look at.
